Hull & Machinery insurance protects the vessel’s hull and machinery against physical damage caused by a peril of the sea or other covered hazards.

In general, Hull & Machinery insurance covers the vessel as the Owner’s most important asset. Our surveyors inspect damage on board, estimate repair costs, discuss repair possibilities with the owners and the classification society, issue repair tenders and monitor the repairs until completion. Additionally, we have direct access to additional specialist services available within our group companies. This allows us to offer a wide range of services on Hull and Machinery Insurance cases.
